A communal feast featuring traditional food from Ukraine, Georgia & further afield cooked by The Observer’s Rising Star 2015 & ex Ottolenghi chef Olia Hercules. Olia currently works as a food writer & stylist & regularly contributes to The Guardian’s ‘Cook’ section. Her debut cook book ‘MAMUSHKA’ (published by Octopus’ Mitchel Beazley) will be out in June 2015.
Proceeds will go to charities helping displaced children who have been affected by the current war in Ukraine.
