Over the course of April, we take a look at the upcoming events held at First Direct Arena and with a wide selection to choose from such as Music and Comedy to the much anticipated Europe’s Strongest Man Event, there is something for everybody!


 

7TH APRIL 2018 – Europe’s Strongest Man

Returning to Yorkshire for its 6th year running, this must-see Event includes car-lifting, shirt-ripping and many World Records being made, this Event is filled with plenty of action and boasts the largest line-up of men in an arena! Tickets for Europe’s Strongest Man begin from £20.


 


13TH APRIL 2018 – Gregory Porter

Best known for his powerful voice, Gregory Porter is a jazz singer who has won international acclaim for his best-selling albums such as ‘Liquid Spirit’ and ‘Take Me To The Alley’. 14TH APRIL 2018 – Roy Orbison In Dreams: The Hologram Tour

15TH APRIL 2018 – Nashville: The Farewell UK Tour

Heard of the hit-series ‘Nashville’? Of course you have! A hit musical-drama television series based in Nashville, the series follows a singer with a failing pop career who’s record company believe that an up-and-comer singer can help turn her career around, but it soon becomes apparent she is only after her spotlight… The tour includes cast members such as Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Polladio.
