About Del Verde
After many years enjoying pasta, bread and pizzas, Pam, Kevin’s mother (and Head Chef at Salvos in the 90s) has discovered that she is intolerant to gluten. She has had to make radical changes to her diet but is still a regular customer at Del Verde!
We have examined each of the dishes on our menu and wherever possible we are offering gluten free alternatives.
All our staff are aware of the importance of avoiding cross contamination and we will be pleased to answer any of your questions regarding food preparation.
Many of our current dishes can be prepared gluten free, please make your requirements known to us when placing your order.
We are also happy to accommodate other special dietary requirements.
