About Pizza Fella
We make and serve proper wood fired pizza from Claude our converted Citroen H van. All our pizzas are hand made using Italian Caputo flour, San Marzano tomatoes and Fior Di Latte mozzarella which was the recipe Miles (pizza chef and co-owner) was taught in Naples. We then top with authentic Italian and seasonal ingredients before cooking in the wood fired oven which gives you a proper pizza in 90 seconds.
You can find us on our pitch on Albion Place in Leeds Thursday and Friday where we serve full 11″ pizzas or you can just grab a slice if you just want a snack. You’ll also see us popping up at events and festivals around the region.
