From West End dancers in terylene skirts, to a James Bond-style hunt for wool, join the M&S Company Archive to discover how M&S used award-winning songwriters and exotic locations to advertise on the silver screen. As part of the M&S Company Archive’s 5th anniversary celebrations, we’ll be screening highlights from the archive film collection at the historic Hyde Park Picture House. Films include adverts, training films and documentary clips from the 1950s to the 1970s. Films will be introduced by Archive Officer Katie Cameron, and there will be the opportunity for Q&A. Free event, booking essential. Please follow the link below to reserve your place.
