Rush Workout is a group exercise programme wrapped in amazingly fun elements divided between 3 different steps throughout the event. The event starts with a space hopper warm up, 30-minutes of madness and laughter where workout comes as an added bonus for having fun! After the warm up session, you’ll move on to what might be the main course of the event – the obstacle track. 12 different, madly fun, inflatable obstacles are set up to form a half-mile circuit, which you’ll be blasting around at your own pace for as many laps as you can manage in 30 minutes! Coming to the final stage of the event you’ll have a cool down area where you can just relax or take part in a stretching session. Rush Workout is a sports event where your fitness level is not an issue – only good mood and childlike enthusiasm to bounce, tumble and have fun are required!
